Establecimientos sin licencia . Cuando se compruebe que un establecimiento privado de educación formal o no formal, funcione sin licencia de funcionamiento o reconocimiento de carácter oficial, exigida por el artículo 138 de la Ley 115 de 1994, la autoridad competente ordenará su cierre inmediato, hasta cuando cumpla con tal requerimiento.
