° El Servicio de policía en la Comisaria Especial de La Goajira se prestará por la Policía de Fronteras acantonada allí, como lo prescribe el Artículo 7º. de la Ley 34 de 1898, y para el efecto de Director General de la Policía Nacional dispondrá que permanezca un destacamento en la capital de la Comisaria a órdenes del Comisario.
