Los precios fijados por las entidades competentes son de carácter nacional y solamente podrán variarse a nivel departamental, intendencial, comisarial o municipal en el evento en que a ellos se adicione el valor determinado por los comités municipales de precios de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 7º del presente Decreto.
