Art. 13. Las Oficinas de Notaría y Registro y de Juzgados que se crean por la presente Ley principiarán á funcionar desde el 1.° de Enero próximo. Los respectivos Gobernadores de los Departamentos dictarán las medidas conducentes á tal fin.
