Parágrafo

al artículo 1° del Decreto 4030 de 2006, así: “

Parágrafo 1

Cuando las circunstancias así lo ameriten, la audiencia podrá llevarse sucesivamente en diferentes lugares, siempre y cuando todas las reuniones se lleven a cabo en los períodos que se señalan a continuación, según el número de acreedores internos

a)

Hasta 20 días hábiles para las cooperativas que tengan menos de 1.000 acreedores internos;

b)

Hasta 40 días hábiles para las cooperativas que tengan entre 1.000 y 10.000 acreedores internos;

c)

Hasta 60 días hábiles para las cooperativas que tengan entre 10.001 y 30.000 acreedores internos;

d)

Hasta 80 días hábiles para las cooperativas que tengan más de 30.000 acreedores internos;

Parágrafo 2

Todo acreedor interno podrá hacerse representar en las reuniones mediante poder otorgado por escrito. En tal caso serán aplicables las disposiciones de los artículos 184 y 185 del Código de Comercio”.
