Articulo 721 . DECISION. Recibida la solicitud, el juez resolverá dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes, por auto interlocutorio en que se impondrán las obligaciones a que se refiere el artículo 67 de este Código, las cuales se garantizarán mediante caución. El tiempo necesario para otorgar la libertad condicional se determinará con base en la pena impuesta en la sentencia. La reducción de las penas por trabajo y estudio, lo mismo que cualquiera otra rebaja de pena que establezca la ley, se tendrá en cuenta como parte cumplida de la pena impuesta o que pudiere imponerse.
