La presente Ley rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga las normas que le sean contrarias, en especial las siguientes: artículos 13, inciso 3°; 18; 72; 255; 354; 499, parágrafo 1°; 500, literal e); 641, parágrafo; 647, inciso final y 860, parágrafo; del Estatuto Tributario.
