El funcionario o empleado judicial inscrito en la carrera gozará de estabilidad y tendrá derecho a ser promovido a cargos de superior categoría, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto y no podrá ser removido sino por causas legales y mediante los procedimientos establecidos en el mismo.
