° En la Sección Almacén Nacional del Ministerio de Obras Publicas se formara el inventario general de muebles y demás elementos de propiedad de la Nación que presten servicio en las oficinas, con expresión de avalúos, estado y demás especificaciones que sirvan para hacer efectiva la responsabilidad de los empleados en cuyo poder se encuentran.
