Art. 2. Pueden concurrir a la sesion del Ca- bildo en que se trate del nombramiento de curas, los vecinos padres de familia católicos, teniendo en ella voz i voto, a cuyo efecto el Cabildo anunciará con ocho dias de anticipacion por lo menos el dia i hora en que debe tener lugar.
