ARTICULO 3 º. Los funcionarios que a la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto se encuentren nombrados en los cargos suprimidos en el artículo 1o. serán incorporados a la nueva planta de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Desarrollo Territorial.
