ARTICULO 2.2.2.1.9 .- INVERSIONES NO AUTORIZADAS. Ningún establecimiento bancario podrá comprar o poseer productos, mercancías, semovientes, acciones de otras corporaciones o bonos de renta (income bonds) u otras seguridades semejantes, salvo que tales bienes muebles o seguridades hayan sido recibidos por él como garantía de préstamos o para asegurar los que haya hecho previamente de buena fe.
