Las sanciones de que trata el artículo 13 de la presente Ley, serán impuestas por los Directores Departamentales de higiene, y el Gobierno reglamentará el procedimiento que deba seguirse en la tramitación a que dé lugar el cumplimiento de esta disposición, procurando que sea breve y sumario.
