Esta suma será entregada mediante el lleno de los requisitos legales al Rector de la Escuela Agronómica Salesiana "San Jorge", de Ibagué, quien deberá constituir previamente la correspondiente fianza, cuya cuantía señalará la Contraloría General de la República, y su inversión se hará de acuerdo con las normas sobre fiscalización establecidas por la misma Contraloría.
