De las unidades programáticas locales. La ejecución de los programas de prestación de .servicios estará a cargo de las unidades programáticas locales, constituidas por las unidades o establecimientos de salud del Instituía. Al frente de cada unidad habrá un Director designado por el respectivo gerente seccional y que será ordenador del gasto en la respectiva unidad.
