ARTICULO 104. Una vez revocado un permiso o declarada la caducidad para servir una ruta, la autoridad competente podrá, en forma provisional, autorizar a los propietarios de los vehículos que estén sirviendo la ruta la prestación del servicio, mientras se adjudica o concede legalmente la misma.
