Artículo cuarto. Los productos y rendimientos del "Edificio Alfonso" deberán ser entregados al Síndico que designe la Junta Directiva, en su totalidad, y serán inválidos los pagos que hagan a persona distinta de él. En consecuencia, las autoridades del país deberán oír a dicho representante en todas sus reclamaciones y facilitarlo el cumplimiento de sus deberes.
