Los Procuradores Revisores de cuentas que se crean, serán nombrados por el Poder Ejecutivo; y para el efecto del cumplimiento de sus deberes y distribución de los trabajos de su Oficina desempeñará cada cual alternadamente y por trimestres las funciones de Jefe de ella, en la forma que lo disponga el Gobierno.
