Todo nombramiento será notificado personalmente al designado, pero si dicha notificación no fuere factible dentro del día siguiente a aquel, se comunicará por oficio entregado por un empleado de la secretaría en la dirección que figure en la lista oficial, de todo lo cual se dejará constancia de ello en el expediente.
