Sanciones . El incumplimiento de los términos, condiciones y obligaciones previstos en el permiso de vertimiento, Plan de Cumplimiento o Plan de Saneamiento y Manejo de Vertimientos, dará lugar a la imposición de las medidas preventivas y sancionatorias, siguiendo el procedimiento previsto en la Ley 1333 de 2009 o la norma que la adicione, modifique o sustituya.
