El Síndico Recaudador confrontará los inventarios y avalúos con los elementos de información que posea, y adoptará los recursos de que tratan los artículos 14 y 36 de la Ley 63 de 1936, y las demás medidas necesarias para aclarar las discrepancias entre sus datos y tales diligencias, a fin de que se inventaríen y avalúen bienes que se hayan omitido o se proceda a la liquidación del impuesto por la vía administrativa.
