Modificar el
del artículo 21 del Decreto 4299 de 2005, el cual quedará así: “
El comercializador industrial, únicamente podrá distribuir combustibles líquidos derivados del petróleo a consumidores finales que consuman un volumen igual o menor a veinte mil (20.000) galones al mes y al gran consumidor sin instalación”.
