ARTICULO 2.1.2.1.17 . DEPOSITOS DE MENORES. Cuando se haga un depósito de ahorros por un menor a nombre de él, tal depósito debe ser mantenido por la exclusiva cuenta y en beneficio de tal menor de acuerdo con los términos del contrato, estará libre del control o embargo, de cualesquiera otras personas, será pagado con sus intereses a la persona a cuyo nombre haya sido hecho, y el recibo o cancelación de dicho menor será suficiente descargo pan el establecimiento bancario por el depósito o cualquier parte él.
