Los gastos de cada dependencia tendrán el siguiente orden de prioridad para su giro:

Primera prioridad.

Servicios personales.

Transferencias de ley, cuota patronal, Caja de Previsión, SENA, ESAP, Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (ICBF)

Auxilio Radioperador DAINCO.

Servicio de la dejada.

Segunda prioridad.

Gastos generales.

Tercera prioridad.

Demás transferencias y gastos de inversión.

No podrán emitirse giros, ni hacerse pagos, ni refrendarse giros por los funcionarios competentes cuando se hicieren en contravención a lo dispuesto en el presente artículo.
