Término. El término de la coadministración se determinará según la causa y por el tiempo que se considere necesario. En todo caso no podrá decretarse por un término inicial superior a un (1) año, prorrogable por uno adicional.

Parágrafo

No obstante lo anterior la entidad territorial podrá solicitar en cualquier momento que cese la coadministración. Esta procederá siempre que se compruebe que han desaparecido las causas que la originaron. TITULO IV. INTERVENCION DE LAS ENTIDADES PROMOTORAS DE SALUD CAPITULO I.
