Decisión. Realizada la evaluación de las propuestas el Superintendente General de Puertos aprobará la concesión mediante resolución motivada, con base en los criterios señalados en el artículo 14 de este Decreto y demás normas que contengan estos criterios y procederá de conformidad con lo allí previsto.
