Contenido del Acta de la Asamblea Constitutiva de los Comités. El acta de la asamblea constitutiva de los Comités de Desarrollo y Control Social, contemplará al menos los siguientes aspectos:

a)

Lugar, fecha y hora en que se realizó la asamblea;

b)

Determinación del servicio o servicios objeto de fiscalización por parte del comité;

c)

Nombre, apellido e identificación de los asistentes, tratándose de personas naturales, o nombre, naturaleza jurídica y representación legal cuando se trate de personas jurídicas;

d)

Elección de los miembros del comité;

e)

Firma del presidente y del secretario de la asamblea.

Parágrafo

El presidente de la asamblea constitutiva tendrá la obligación de custodiar el acta y hacer entrega de la misma al Vocal de Control, una vez sea elegido.
