Salvo lo dispuesto en el artículo 4, las cesantías de los empleados públicos y de los trabajadores oficiales que se hallen afiliados a cajas especiales de previsión deberán también consignarse en el Fondo Nacional de Ahorro, conforme a las normas del presente decreto.
