Para garantizar la autonomía técnica, administrativa y presupuestal, se autoriza al Presidente del Instituto de Seguros Sociales para incorporar en el presupuesto del ISS, los rubros necesarios para el funcionamiento y administración de la mencionada Clínica y realizar los traslados presupuestales correspondientes para tal fin.
