El Artículo 2o. del Decreto 1082 de 11 de mayo de 1956 quedara asi: La Corporación Nacional de Servicios Públicos prestara a la Caja de Vivienda Militar el diez por ciento (10%) del total de las entradas del Departamento de Vivienda, obligación que se transmitirá a la entidad a cuya cargo llegare a quedar la realización de los programas del Gobierno en lo relativo a vivienda. Estos préstamos devengaran intereses del tres por ciento (3%) anual, y serán cubiertos por la Caja de Vivienda Militar en el plazo de veinte años, por el sistema de amortización gradual".
