La sociedad tendrá un Secretario General designado por la Junta Directiva, que además de las funciones que le señalen la Junta Directiva y el Presidente de la sociedad, actuará como Secretario de la Asamblea General de Accionistas y de la Junta Directiva y, como tal, autorizará con su firma las copias de las actas correspondientes a las reuniones de la Asamblea General de Accionistas y de la Junta Directiva, así como de los demás documentos que le correspondan en ejercicio de sus funciones, y llevará el libro de registro de acciones de la sociedad.
