° Las decisiones del Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes sobre asignación provisional o depósito, contempladas en los artículos 1° del Decreto legislativo 1856 de 1989 y 5° del Decreto legislativo 2390 de 1989, continuarán siendo de ejecución inmediata y el recurso de reposición sobre las mismas se entenderá otorgado en el efecto devolutivo.
