El Gobierno establecerá las Colonias Agrícolas Penales de que habla el Artículo anterior, dividiéndolas en tres categorías, de mayor a menor severidad, de acuerdo con las normas que se fijan en los Artículos siguientes, teniendo en cuenta la duración y calidad de las condiciones a que se refiere el Código Penal y la respectiva sentencia judicial.
