El ministerio de Obras Públicas publicará en la segunda década de cada mes, un boletín que se titulará Obras Públicas - Boletín de Inversiones, y que se distribuirá en el país, especialmente a todos los Senadores y Representantes, principales y suplentes.

El dicho boletín se publicará un resumen de las sumas invertidas en el mes anterior, por conducto del ministerio de Obras Públicas, especificando las provenientes de la indemnización americana y las de los fondos comunes.
