Art. 9° El título de propiedad de terrenos baldíos adjudicados lo constituye el certificado expedido por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas en que conste la adjudicación definitiva y se halle además registrado en la Oficina de Registro a que pertenezca el respectivo Municipio en donde estén ubicados los terrenos.
