La organización que la presente Ley fija a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, entrará a regir una vez se haya conformado su Planta de Personal; mientras tanto la estructura existente en el Ministerio de Salud y la Superintendencia de Seguros de Salud continuarán vigentes.
