Pasajes y Prima de Instalación para Familiares de Personal Fallecido en el Exterior. El derecho consagrado en el parágrafo del artículo 187 del Decreto 1211 de 1990, sobre pasajes y prima de instalación para el cónyuge e hijos del Oficial o Suboficial en servicio activo que falleciere en el exterior, sólo se refiere a los necesarios para su regreso a Colombia, siempre y cuando hubiesen estado residiendo con el Oficial o Suboficial en el lugar de su deceso y este hubiere ocurrido durante el desempeño de una comisión del servicio.
