Los actos o decisiones que tome el Director General en ejercicio de las funciones a él conferidas por Ministerio de la ley, los presentes estatutos y los Acuerdos de la Junta Directiva, se denominarán "Resoluciones" las cuales serán refrendadas con la firma del Secretario General y se numerarán sucesivamente con indicación del día, mes y año en que se expidan.
