Siempre que se arriende un predio con ganados i no hubiere acerca de ellos estipulacion especial contraria, pertenecerán al arrendatario todas las utilidades de dichos ganados, i los ganados mismos, con la obligacion de dejar en el predio, al fin del arriendo, igual número de cabezas de las mismas edades i calidades.

Si al fin del arriendo no hubiere en el predio suficientes animales de las edades i calidades dichas para efectuar la restitucion, pagará la diferencia en dinero.

El arrendador no será obligado a recibir animales que no estén aquerenciados al predio.
