º. Los extranjeros de veintiún años residentes en Colombia y los menores de esa edad que no estén bajo la patria potestad, deberán cumplir con el deber indicado en el artículo precedente. Los demás observarán posteriormente la obligación indicada dentro de los treinta días siguientes al cumplimiento de la mayor edad.
