En todo caso, los itinerarios y tarifas del ferrocarril del Caquetá en la parte en que recorra el territorio de los Departamentos del Tolima y del Huila serán fijados de común acuerdo por los Gobernadores de estos; y si no fuere posible llegar a tal acuerdo, los fijara el Gobierno Nacional.
