Las reclamaciones y procesos judiciales o administrativos que se adelanten contra el Fomipyme y que tengan su causa en hechos derivados antes de la cesión de los contratos y convenios a los que se refiere el artículo sexto de este decreto, permanecerán en cabeza del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo.
