Las comisiones sesionarán, por lo menos, una vez a la semana, durante el lapso que el Gobierno estime necesario, y tendrán como base de estudió para sus labores los proyectos de reforma que se han elaborado por otras Comisiones con posterioridad a la vigencia de los Códigos Penal de Procedimiento Penal y de Régimen carcelario.
