°. Distribución Sistema General de Participaciones. Para efectos de la distribución del Sistema General de Participaciones, la aprobación del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social prevista en el artículo 3° de este decreto tendrá efectos a partir de la distribución de la vigencia siguiente. Para el efecto, el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social certificará al Departamento Nacional de Planeación, la condición de distrito certificado en salud conforme a lo previsto en el presente decreto, así como lo previsto en el párrafo tercero del artículo 6° del Decreto 196 de 2013, o la norma que lo modifique o sustituya.
