Los predios ubicados en las Zidres que hayan sido restituidos en el marco de la Ley 1448 de 2011, no podrán enajenarse durante los dos (2) años siguientes a la fecha de ejecutoria del fallo de restitución o de entrega, pero podrán vincularse a los proyectos a que se refiere esta ley.
