Registro extemporáneo de ingreso. La Unidad Administrativa Especial -Migración Colombia - podrá realizar el registro extemporáneo de ingreso al país a los ciudadanos que hayan ingresado por puntos no habilitados, como consecuencia de los cierres de frontera decretados por el Gobierno de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, y se abstendrá de iniciar procedimientos sancionatorios en contra de los mismos por este motivo y por las demás infracciones migratorias que se puedan llegar a presentar.
