°. Condiciones de la delegación. La entidad delegataria se someterá a los requisitos y formalidades prescritos para el ejercicio de las funciones delegadas. Igualmente, se precisará que los actos de la entidad delegataria deberán ser adoptados por ésta de conformidad con las disposiciones legales o estatutos que rigen su funcionamiento. El Servicio podrá, en cualquier tiempo y con los mismos requisitos que se exigen para conceder la delegación, respetando las estipulaciones contractuales correspondientes, reasumir la función o funciones delegadas.
