Prima de Clima. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional .que presten servicio en climas rigurosos o mal sanos, tendrán derecho a recibir mensualmente una prima que se denominará Prima de Clima, equivalente al diez por ciento (10%) del sueldo básico. El Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, determinará los lugares en que deba reconocerse.
