Preparación del decreto de Creación de la Oficina Consular Honoraria. La misión Diplomática o en su defecto, la Representación Consular de Carrera de la que dependa la Oficina Consular Honoraria, informará a la Dirección de Asuntos Migratorios, Consulares y Servicio al ciudadano sobre el consentimiento del Estado receptor, y en caso de ser positivo, se elaborará el decreto de creación y nombramiento, se emitirán las Letras Patentes y se remitirán una vez emitidos a la respectiva Embajada para su notificación al interesado y al gobierno del Estado receptor.
