Art. 5.o Queda también autorizado el Poder Ejecutivo para vender el vapor Colombia , guarda-costa del Pacífico, por un asuma igual, por lo menos, al principal y gastos de lo que costo puesto en la bahía de Buenaventura, o para cambiarlo por dos vapores pequeños, de construcción solida ligeros y de poco calado para destinarlos a perseguir el contrabando en las costas del Atlántico y del Pacífico.
